My real estate career includes experience of working as Realtor, Housing and Urban Development Real Estate Agent, Resolution Trust (FDIC) Real Estate Asset Manager, Investor Securitization AVP, and overseeing the management of the largest residential real estate portfolio in the country. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest minds in real estate and to manage real estate portfolios for Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Fannie Mae. I have an excellent understating of the procedures, goals, and objectives on both sides of the process. My teams and I have participated in the sale of over 23,000+ properties in 26 States. I have worked closely with asset managers, agents, attorneys, appraisers, auctioneers, builders, clients, inspectors, investors, lenders, non-profits, politicians, and title companies to manage transactions smoothly. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Business degree in Project Management with a focus in Finance. I have also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt Business Certification. As a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Central, I have earned several industry awards, served on the Agent Leadership Council, and received the KW International Triple Diamond Award.
